Business Setup In this stage we collect information from you such, as the name and location of your business, who will be the company secretary, how much share capital will be committed, we help create and implement a business plan, create the ideas behind the brand in terms of your logo, website and brochures etc...During this stage we normally like to you attend a training course which will depend on your skills needs. We will also look at the operations of the business and what we call the client and candidate user experience, this looks at what your clients/candidates will experience when they make an enquiry, want to come and register, request further information, make or accept an offer, make a complaint etc.. This stage will establish if you are going to run the business from an office, from home, have a virtual assistant, collect post or have your phone calls answered. The whole of this process normally takes a maximum of about 1 month. The work load will be carried by us and our experts will do all that is essentially necessary to set up your new company, branding and building to your requirements to your spec, again we will advice at each stage and sign off each section before we move on to the next 1.
